tried to go shopping at this Bridal store...it has been a Flooring Store since December first 2010...if you go out of business TAKE YOUR WEBSITE DOWN. Guess I was one of the LUCKY ONES!!!

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Holly at HEM Designs for doing such a fantastic job on altering the size 12 dress to a size 4, overnight! ....SHE ROCKS! What a God send she was! Thank you so very much to Holly for her kindness, patience & expertise, we will be sure to spred the news about HEM Designs and the Fantastic service you provide!

I ordered a Mary's PC dress and they send a look-a-like pattern and had some lady in CHINA make it!!! Isn't that illegal? And everything I ordered in the store was discontinued. They must have no concept of an inventory! The customer service is awful. All they did was make me completely stress out for 4 whole months before my wedding. I was on the phone with them all of the time! Not something I wanted to do. The place I thought was going to give me the dress for the day of my dreams, only turned out to be the biggest headache I have ever went through. Ladies, there are many other places to go to. Also, they have lost all of the paperwork for 9 tuxes for the wedding party atleast twice that I know of!!! I hope you find something better.
