Seriously AWESOME people here. My 3 way fridge wouldn't work on 'propane' only. Their tech (Dwayne) diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He had us back on the road in ONE HOUR. (They even laughed at my jokes)

My husband and I bought a Tiffin RV from Freedom RV in Liberty Lake, WA. The entire Freedom team was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were treated like royalty. We are first time RV owners so we had a ton of questions and they were very patient. They are also going to drive the RV to our storage unit for us since we are new and currently have snow on the ground. They will also give us a driving lesson. They went above and beyond to help us find a storage unit and even negotiated a discount on the first months rent for us. If you are in the market for an RV I would highly recommend going to see them!

We recently bought a KZ Durango fifth wheel and had a great experience. Our salesman Nik Stoller was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about everything he showed us and was not the "high pressure" salesman everyone hates! We had some special circumstances that the whole team worked with and really went above and beyond for us. We appreciated the customer service we received from the first contact with the receptionist to the service department who installed our hitch and our final walk through with Travis! Thanks to everyone at Freedom RV!!

We just purchased a travel trailer from the folks at Freedom RV. Joe, Amanda, Chris, and Jay treated us with kindness and respect. They went out of their way to address some minor delivery issues, and made the delivery of the trailer a great experience for us. Of special note was the way that Amanda and Chris handled the orientation process for us. All of our questions were answered completely. Customer service couldn't have been better. This group of folks has it together.

Our experience with Freedom RV has been great. The staff and sales team have been great to work with. Very friendly and work fast. Overall, a wonderful experience despite noticing a few missing parts after bringing it home but the staff took care of the matter expeditiously. They wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase and yes we are!

Kudos to the Parts and Service department. We were walk in customers passing through, and they treated us like family. Got us on the road. Just like Freedom RV in Tucson, where we bought our motorhome. Looks like this company has a culture of customer service. Love it!

We bought our RV about a year ago & have had a couple things needing to be fixed. We have had wonderful service & really appreciate how quick we have had the repairs done!!! We will definitely come back to shop & buy our next RV from Freedom RV!

We have had an abysmal time with Freedom RV of Liberty Lake, WA.
We inked the deal 68 days ago and we still don't have the trailer. It needed some repairs and a couple of upgrades. That took 5 weeks. Even then not all the repairs were made. We got it home only to discover that it leaks in the rain. We took it back and after nearly two weeks they still haven't started repairing it. They say, very indirectly, that they are too busy getting new units out the door to work on warranty repairs.

Visiting in the area from Texas, attended their RV show and came away with a new motor coach, very pleased. They let us stay on location for five days while we moved our personal items from our fifth wheel over to our new home on wheels. Our salesmen were great and I can't say enough good stuff about their friendly and efficient technicians. Also a big thanks to Tara. Great job everyone.

I had amazing service today from Amanda at the service desk, to Brandon & Rodney in the shop/yard. Those two men went the extra mile today to make sure my hitch was at the proper height. They even brought me a cold bottle of water while I waited (it's hot out!). Finally, Ryan Church, also in the service dept. spent a lot of time explaining in great detail the warranty work I'd had done. I felt listened to and satisfied that the service had been completed properly. My experience has been a great one.

We were traveling from California to North Idaho in our Newmar motor coach, and the water pump to our household malfunctioned so we really needed help because we'd planned to dry camp in several locations. Freedom worked us into their service schedule for the coming week, and took care of the repair in one day. We took a day sightseeing in Spokane while the repairs were made, and were back on the road by the early afternoon. Freedom service folks treated us like family.

We would like to express our appreciation for the reception and service we received at Spokane freedom RV. Travelling in the area we stopped and asked for a propane verification since we were afraid of a leak. They took us immediatedly and the service guy did a thorough verification crawling under our van, with a 90 F hot weather, in order to identify the problem and secure the rest of our trip. Special thanks to this service guy and the service manager for their courteous and kind attitude with foreign travelling. Dont hesitate to encourage this organisation.

I would like to thank all the folks at Freedom RV. We bought a used motorhome in AZ. The key people we dealt with were Clinton Mock, Mike Mohondro and Shawn in finance, Bill in sales, Brian, Doug, Brandon and crew in service. Mike got us great financing and convinced us to include the warranty and tire package and we have already used both. We were told everything on the coach would work and they stood by that statement. When we took the coach to CA for some additional work we wanted done, we discovered an additional problem. Called Joe Lane and he resolved the situation right away. We were treated with professionalism and respect. It was the best buying experience we have ever had and we have purchased alot of vehicles over the years. Thanks to everone at Freedom RV. Not only did we get a new motorhome but made alot of new friends.

Very friendly, very helpful

We went to just look on Sunday. We found the perfect Rv. The salesman was fantastic. The finance manager was excellent, friendly, and informative. Bruno promised to bring our new rig out to make sure it fit on the pad before we bought and was prompt, courteous and helpful. The entire exprerience was stress free and without a bad moment. Very happy we went. This is our third RV purchase. Top notch company!!!! Thanks!

He took his personal time, when he was not working, to answer all of my questions on a specific RV! I usually do not get the great service from dealerships as I did from Vinnie at Freedom RV.

He patiently helped us find our first travel trailer a couple of years ago. He is friendly, intelligent, well spoken, very knowledgeable about his products and there's NEVER any pressure.
