They are very nice people. However management should make sure they have stamps available. They were out of post card stamps :(

Redbank postal service is certainly lacking in mail delivery. My mother and myself receive mail that is not ours on a weekly basis. I have taken this incorrectly delivered mail to the post office and spoken to the manager on several occasions. The situation has not improved !! I am afraid to have my personal checks delivered by the US mail service. There seems to be NO accountability for anyone !!!

I gave it one star because I can't give less. Every few Mondays, we must have a temp replacement, and we don't always get the mail. She just simply does not deliver, and the PO supervisor does nothing to rectify the situation. Terrible service. Never had anything like it before.

Constantly get other people's mail. Don't get packages. Get calls all the time from neighbors where I have to go pick up my mail & packages from them. And they wonder why we prefer UPS or FedEx!

came to work this morning and had 8 different addresses in out mail box. some were open and there was personal information in there. very unreliable usps personal

Very poor customer service. Did not deliver package that was paid for because I wasn't home to sign for it. Shipper did not request that a signature was required. Could not pick up package until Tuesday because of PO holiday. Very poor explanation of why mail carrier did not leave package at my door. Use UPS
