I’ve seen a nasty review talking about fist fights, a working married couple groping each other, it costing $8 to get in.

First off, there hasn’t been an actual fist fight in over 12 years. I’ve come every night and time they’ve been open since 2000 - when I was 17 years old. I’m 34 now and bring my own kids here.

I’m positive that —� very positive in fact that the person who said they were “offended” by the way things are and are handled etc.

They also have a strict hands off policy and would have kicked that supposed couple out in a heart beat.

Same goes for the “two fist fights.” Had that actually happened, they would have been kicked out and given a no trespass warrant like my ex best friend Jess got.

Staff screws up, sure. But remember just because you read something online it doesn’t make it true.

Had my twin's birthday party there for years! I'll admit sometimes the staff have bad moments but I know almost all of them! The good ones do apologize for any screw ups and we will continue to go there for years to come!! Love this place!

Yes all businesses have ups and downs. All of them do. I personally know this staff and have for years. My nieces and nephews love coming here. I've seen some reviews about staff not being very nice and I agree that it isn't good, however I know of a girl that does a little of everything on Friday and Saturday nights especially. I've seen her apologize for the times she has accidentally yelled. YES I SAID ACCIDENTALLY. She also tends to apologize if she comes of as mean. My nieces and nephews feel safe coming here and will continue to come here for years to come.

Absolutely horrible experience. I laugh at the other reviews, this rink is absolutely not a good family environment at all. My friends and I decided to give this rink a try as we normally go to three fountains skating rink. We will never make that mistake again.



We arrive and there is no one but kids and foul mouth teenagers. I witnessed several fights, including two fist fights, and was very offended by the overall atmosphere. I saw two staff members skating on the floor through out the night, a husband and wife, who were clearly to busy groping each others butts to pay attention to the kids around them. I have never seen children and teenagers act so crudely and have adults who are in charge do absolutely nothing about it.



And not only that, but the rink itself is extremely outdated and dirty. The sound system was horrid. The woman at the counter kept yelling at kids through the microphone (but never took action after they repeatedly broke the rules) but you were unable to make out what she was saying.



If I had not paid $8 to get in, I would have left after 5 minutes of being there. Skate Station USA will never receive my business, nor my friends again. And I will make sure everyone I know is warned not to go here.

The loud speaker needs to be replaced. It sounds terrible. The shoes were ducttaped inside and could not even use without hurting Ridiculous! Need to upgrade shoes and not keep just half way fixing. If you have to take your kids or grandkids here at least please replace the microphones/speakers or whatever audio system you have. It is not working properly. Noise! Replace shoes with new ones rather than duct tape!!!!! Also the place needs to be brighter in appearance for all. Needs upgrading

Great family atmosphere! The kids had a great time and saw some friends. It was a fun afternoon.

Good place to take the children. They are well organized.
