I had an appointment for two biopsies which were identified during a prior visit. The doctor's assistant asked me to identify the area on my head from which the biopsy is to be taken. I pointed to the side of my head as identified to dr Welch by my wife during the first visit.
Dr Welch incorrectly removed an area at the top of my head.
