Not a Happy NYE.....Ice Cold Crab cakes not a good substitute for lobster! Arrived at 7:45 for reservation at 8p. Was told by manager to have a seat at bar & he would seat us at 8p. During the extremely long wait, he never returned to apologize or offer alternate seating arrangements for a group of 14. We were finally seated in an area that had been available the entire time there!!! Then 1 waiter for 14 people. It took forever to be served. I ordered sirloin and lobster..was told others in my party would be unhappy since there were only 4 left. Unbelievable since this was one of the entrees on the NYE menu & nothing else could be ordered...hmmm. Guess who did not get a lobster...yes, me. Since it was so late, I accepted sirloin and crab cake. The CRABCAKE WAS ICE COLD!!! Spoke with the manager...never did he apologize or showed any concerns.
