Lies all lies, the Manager that is all she does. She had hurt my daughters wedding and she is not sorry for her actions at all. My daughter ordered a bra with them over a month ago and she was told she would have it the next week and still has not received it, they loaned her one for pictures that is 2 sizes to small and we had to put 3 spacers on it for it to work and the spacers kept coming off because there are so many there. There is no way my daughter can use this loaner for the wedding it will not make it for the 6 hours that day when we couldn't get it to work for the 1 hour for pictures. This is uncalled for and has my daughter so upset. When I spoke with the manager myself to let her know how upset we are the only thing she said is go order one somewhere else and had no time to talk to me she was with another customer. What type of business does this ? She also told me she was the only employee there today then I called back 15 minutes later to ask for owners name and number and another employee answered the phone. And still no one would give me owners name or number. We also did buy a $650 dollar dress, belt and ring from them off the showroom floor. Total we probably have spent close to $800 in this store. I will be reporting this to the BBB and everyone I know will know how this store broke my daughters heart on her big day.
