I went in for a brow wax and walked away with one brow waxed down to half and much shorter than the other. I couldn't tell when the mirror was handed to me because of how dark it was at the wash bowls.I called the manager within an hour, and to her credit, she was quite apologetic. However, all she could offer me was a free wax down the road. No refund, but I won't go back. Hopefully she'll train the stylist better (whose name I don't know, but she has short, black hair, mid- to late-20s, and a tattoo sleeve on one of her arms).
