The store has an extensive collection of supplies. Unfortunately, I have to give a ding the review due to my recent encounter.I contacted the store via the telephone asking there hours and location. While speaking with , I mentioned that I am not a professional and was just looking for some supplies. So, after driving a hour to get to the store, I am greeted to a sign saying "licensed professionals only". At this point, I am hoping it's a tag line rather than a policy because I just wasted my time if not. Sure enough, I am declined from purchasing due to my having a license. I wasn't trying to by chemicals, just massage lotion. After explaining the situation and not being informed of that bit of (but obviously important) info, I was given the "not my problem"look. Needless to say I was upset. I do not need a diploma to buy a stethoscope from a medical supply store. Nor do I need a union card to buy steel toed shoes or a nail gun. But to get lotion (from that store) to give a massage, I need a license. I wish that was mentioned before my 2 hour wasted trip.
