6/7/2013 I called in the morning to check on pricing for 4 tires that they did not have in stock but I was told they would get them for me that day. The phone call was easy and I quickly set up an appointment. When I arrived at the store around 12:30, they listened to my instructions on how I wanted the new tire on the spare rim and the R / F tire kept as a spare. They did just as I asked and I was in and out quickly even though they were busy. The store was clean and all of the employees were friendly. This the way a tire store should be run. They had the best prices and were very professional. I will buy my next set from them.

While on a family visit my truck went dead...I had it towed to Ken's Towery by advice of my daughter in law...they had used them before and had nothing but good things to say about them. ..They got me in quick, found the problem and fixed it...They were honest and competative as far as pricing..Chris called me each step of the way to let me know what needed to be done and what it would cost. I can't thank them and their team enough..excellent service

made two trips to this ken towery. First time bought tires and to have a front end alignment. they insisted I need other parts which I was over charged for and the alignment still wasn't done correctly! second time was just for a simple alignment on another vehicle I had. the car wasn't in there but for 15 min, they said everything was in spec and still charged me full price! I was furious knowing the car had been lowered and wasn't in spec! anyways took the car down to another place and what do ya know to alignment was out! lol....these people will lie to your face and steal your money!
