Still waiting on a "Super Bill" promised by
Lexi over a month ago. We've paid over
$1700 out of pocket and the "Office
Manager" refuses the information
necessary for us to file for reimbursement
with insurance.

Also, they collected funds from us, as well
as the insurance company for the same
dates of service and refuse to reimburse
the $360 that we paid to the office while
they are double dipping with the insurance
company.
Kay herself lacks the professionalism to
provide patients and their families with her
written recommendations so all parties are
working toward the same goals (In this
case parent child reunification
counseling).
