If anyone is looking to purchase a new or used Mercedes, I would recommend one to contact Tony Brusate at James Motors.. Recently we purchased our second Mercedes from Tony. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, in addition to helping you with identifying your need. He takes the time necessary to answer your questions in addition to reviewing the operating procedures with the equipment on your car. When delivered, Lee Larry does an excellent job detailing your car along with your follow up washes at the dealership. Jessica Walker is very helpful with finances and warranty services.

Awesome Experience I recently visited James Motor Company and was in need of purchasing a new car. One misconception with James Motor Company is that they only sell Mercedes. I was pleasantly surprised by the other brands of used cars they had. As soon as I walked through the front doors for the first time, I was greeted by several employees and was offered free coffee and pastries. I was fortunate to be greeted by Tony Brusate. He answered all the questions I had and gave me some very helpful feedback. He pointed me in the direction of a Honda Accord. Like most salesmen, he praised all the positives of the vehicle, but unlike nearly 99% of them, he also mentioned the negatives as well. Tony was very personable and extremely helpful. After test driving and sealing the deal, I was sent to one of the nicest Finance employees; Jessica Wilson. She was very helpful and made the least exciting part of buying a car very painless. I highly recommend seeking out James Motors Company.

We were very pleased with our buying experience. Tony, our salesperson, went above and beyond. He helped up pick exactly the right vehicle to meet our needs with no sales pressure at all. His professionalism and candor made it a truly pleasant experience. We'll be back next time we're in the market!

I thought I was the only one that got treated special, but after reading the other reviews on this site, seems like he treats everybody that way!

I have never written such a review before, but I feel I must since I was so very pleased with EVERYTHING about my recent vehicle purchase from James Motor Company. I have purchased many, many vehicles in my lifetime, but this most recent experience was superb! I had the pleasure of having Jeff Watson as my salesperson; Jeff was wonderfully pleasant throughout. He was patient with my and my wife's questions, knew his product well, and made us feel at ease every step of the way. i recently purchased a 2012 mercedes ML350 bluetec . i love my new ML. the dealership made the transaction a joy all figures were explained,.. iwas very happy the sales procss was easy and larry cartwight went over the features of my new Mercedes nd made it FUN

It seemed as though no one wanted to help me and answer my questions. I then went to James Motor Company. Their staff, particularly, Jeff Watson helped me with my automobile purchase and helped me with all of my questions. I am enjoying my new car and I think that I have found my dealership for life!

My husband & I were looking for a certain sporty car C230 and found it online at James Motor Co. We set up an appointment and met with Tony Brusate who really made our time worthwhile.
