I have used this locations for a couple of years but as of this year i will not return as to it seems that no one at this location has any experience with tax prep. i was to file head of house hold and i have had my niece and nephew for 1 1/2 years, when i came into this location the tx prep explained that i would not be able to file in this order the the children have to be directly my own. so i proceeded to believe this and let her finish my tax work. which single and no dependants. later i find that this lady had no knowledge of what she was saying i should have been able to file head of house hold, when i returned to this location she amended my taxed but then tried to charge me almost 200 more dollars and never even said anything about the money she already received for services she should have never performed. so after several trips to the location i wwas able to pick up my paper work and mail it to the IRS with the understanding that it would be about 6 to 8 weeks 8 weeks into it i call the IRS and they inform me that it takes 8 to 11 weeks and this has never been any different. i will no longer be usung any H&R block locations. thanks for tax prep guys.
