The technician got here quickly and was very friendly and informative. He took time to explain to me what happened, and spent a lot of time trouble shooting and trying to determine if there were any other problems. He called the company that makes my furnace and found out it was under warranty, so I don't have to pay for the parts. He also gave me some good tips and techniques for the furnace to save me time and money down the road. Very pleased with this company. Will recommend and will call again if needed.
