I purchased a Ball Home. The flooring downstairs has puckers in some of the seems. We notified C&C at least 3x and each time when someone looked at it they said they would have to get with the boss and get back to us. They never did. Now I am informed through Ball Homes that the puckers in the seems are my fault and that the flooring is not going to be repaired. If you purchase a home or a Ball Home you may want to find out who the flooring contractor is. I knew this was coming as I could tell the flooring people did not want to take responsibility for this. I hope I don't have to get a lawyer but I will if I have to!
