I'm very disappointed to be writing this review. This is the second lease I have signed with rockbrook village. The first was for 6 months the apartment was nice, the only downside was its close location to the pool because of noise and I work from home. I was promised they'd be able to regulate the noise yet every time I called in I was told there was nothing they could do because it wasn't quiet hours. (NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD) but I let it slide after being showed a larger apartment in a secluded area of the complex. However I just moved in yesterday and the apartment was DISGUSTING. The tub was so dirty we had to clean it twice before trying to shower and when we did the roof above the tub leaked a steady stream of ice cold water making a shower or bath nearly impossible! Not to mention the fact that there was a full blow ant infestation in one of the rooms and wasps nests on the balcony. In addition FULL COOKIES were left in the carpet in the dining room. And worst there was paint on the cookies so it's obvious they simply came in to touch up the walls and baseboards and neglected everything else. The apartment we moved into looks nothing like the one we were showed and many things we were promised simply did not happen. The most disappointing thing however has to be the customer service! Sheila who originally helped us promised us things that were not true! And Ana who helped us the first time and was very pleasant was extremely rude when we brought up our complaints, rolling her eyes chewing gum and taking calls while we sat there talking to her. She was basically like Sheila helped you not me this isn't on me sorry and that's it. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX. The floor plans next door are nearly identical with better parking situations and customer service. The price difference doesn't make up for the horrible experience you will have!
