We've been here since April 1st 2012. At first everything seemed great and everyone was friendly. We love the look of the apartment and live on the 3rd floor but have been led to believe that temperature that exceed 80 degrees inside the apartment are normal and can't be helped when temperatures exceed 100 outside. The thermostat is set at 75 and at 10:00 P.M. it is 80 degrees in the living room. And maintenance checked the AC today and said it was doing all it could do.

BEWARE!!!

I have lived here for going on 2 and a half years. I absolutely love it, the managers are great and the maintenance guys come promptly. It is usully pretty quiet in the complex which is a big plus. We plan on continuing to renew our lease until we buy a house.
