I was greeted when I entered the lot with a smile and a handshake. I was asked what type of car was I interested in and at that time I explained that I wanted an 09 Camry. He asked about what colors and features. I explained what accessories I wanted and we found a unit on the lot that worked for me. We took a test drive--it is a Camry after all and it had a smooth transmission.

He explained gas mileage, features and after driving it for a while I came back and he gave me his business card. I came back three days later and negotiated a reasonable price--less than MSRP--with all the accessories I wanted.

The salesperson was friendly, non-aggressive and very helpful. I had an excellent experience.

Suggest that you consider bringing a lawyer or a second person to help you review the auto loan contract because they may change contract figures between agreeing to the deal and you signing it.

They may try to add features to their deal offer which bring no real value to the auto, just increases their profit.

Typical good guy (salesman) and bad guy (who writes the deal) negotiating tactics. Caveat emptor.

Quite possibly the worst dealership you can do business with. Bought a new car here last year. The entire purchase process was full of lies and misdirection (that were totally unnecessary as I wanted to purchase the car). The car (new) has been in the shop over 10 times since purchase. The manager of the service department has been extremely confrontational about performing service (which is listed in a Toyota issued technical service bulletin as being necessary service!). Final kiss of death? Went in last night as my situation has changed and I am no longer needing the car. Just wanted them to do a quick appraisal. I was told over the phone that this is no problem. Made the drive in. Spent 30 minutes there before they told me to come back on Monday because they are too busy on the weekends to do appraisals on cars. Oh really?





Make the drive somewhere else to do your car purchase. Listen to the other reviews. For such an expensive purchase, you can do a lot better for service, care and quality.

Brought my vehicle for routine maintenance, they informed several additional items needed to be completed. They explained clearly. While the issues were not inexpensive the value of the work was so clear. It has been repairs that LAST and are QUALITY! Such friendly service.

We liked the way that everything was explained to us concerning the monthly payment. The finance department showed us how much our payment will b e each month for the price we got the car. Very straight forward which is just refreshing in a dealer.

Joe was very friendly and informative. I really appreciated the fact that if we had a question (running boards) that instead of just giving us an answer, he went to his manager to get the answer. He was very polite and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted to deal with an honest salesman. No high pressure just good service. Russel in the service department is also great.

My salesman was David Rodriguez and he was great and the service department had a helpful attitude.David Knew exactly what I was looking for and could afford and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. How everyone was willing to work with us to get us the best deal possible for our vehicle. Also very straight forward in how much negotiations could be done and felt we were able to come in and purchase the vehicle with ease without going throughout too much back and forth deals. And of course who can beat the Lifetime Oil Change :)
