i went to this location and everything is over priced and they are rude. the clerk was rude because i wouldn't buy a shampoo he recommended so i asked to talk with the manager he said HE WAS! totally uncalled for. i will drive a little further or keep to ebay for now on.

3 Sales people showed up at my house when my wife was there alone. She had recently had brain surgery and was undergoing chemo therepy and radition for cancer. She has lost her short term memory and judgement and is not allowed to drive. The 3 sales people kept hounding her until she bought a $2,400 vacuum cleaner and took our $500 Dyson as a trade in. Due to her health problems she never told me about the vacuum until I got our CC bill. She said she had tried to cancel the order and have them pick it up. I called several times explaining my wife's problems and they kept sayinfg it was a done deal. After calling Kirby direct we got a call and they finally picked up the Kirby and brought back the Dyson but a month later they have still not credited my Discover card the $2,400. As of Oct 15th,2008 the man in charge said he wasn't going to give us credit and we could pick up the vacuum or they would bring it back to us.

THEY WILL STAIN YOU STUFF AND THEN WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. DON"T LET KIRBY IN.....
