My wife and I have eaten here a few times. The food is always very good and plentiful. We usually get a breakfast meal (omelettes, pancakes) any time which is nice. The service is usually fine and the place is a good value. Not the fanciest room...but generally OK as far as clean and comfortable.

good food, service so-so

Usually choose this IHOP over the one in Denton, it has a LOT more space and newer. The food here is great but the service is shotty at times, especially in the late night/early morning hours.

Breakfast is Great Here!

This place is normally packed on the weekends. Great menu with a wide variety of offerings. What is great is that one person can order breakfast while someone else in your group orders a burger or a salad. They serve breakfast all day, but also have a full menu to go along with it. Not just pancakes. Good service, clean, fast. Don't let the crowds fool you. They move fast here.
