I frequent this store usually 5-6 days a week in search of books The book area is usually a total mess unless the book volunteer comes and clean up the area before she can put out books, she has not been there for the last 6 weeks and not only has no one restocked the books, the area and the bookshelves looked as though a tornado had swept through.
This morning I arrived shortly after the store opened, went into the bathroom and it was a filthy mess. It was so bad I had to take pictures. How does a business open in the morning with the store a mess ( clothes on the floor,etc), and a filthy bathroom.
Does this store have a manager? Who is assigned to check the bathroom for cleanliness? The answer appears to be no-one.
