These guys are awesome. I know I was a nightmare customer and despite that fact and a few hiccups along the way, I am very pleased with the way things were handled. From the very beginning Dennis went above and beyond to ensure that he was offering me the best deal around. Quoting me hundreds less than the competition for the same parts and labor. If you need some serious work done, ask for Patrick. He'll go out of his way to make sure things are done thoroughly and correctly. If you live in the Flower Mound/Lewisville area and need any kind of work on your vehicle, oil change to motor swap, this should be the only place on your radar.

I was told over the phone that they would look at my car and give me an estimate for free but it turned out they wanted to charge me over $200 just to get my estimate once they actually had my car in their possession. The General manager at this location flat out lied. They lied to get me into their shop then want to have you fix everything but the issue you came in for. I managed a huge mechanic shop for two years, take my word for it they are trying to get over on you. They should be shut down for stealing customers time and money.

My van stopped working, I had it towed to the Lewisville Drivers Edge for repairs. They spent two days doing the repairs (no issue there), then when I came in to pick it up, immediately there was a stall when I was backing up. I brought it in with my concern and it "checked out" for an hour or so, and it was discovered that there was a loose cable going to the spark plug. It was reattached, and the stall stopped. The person at the shop said that maybe I should replace the cables (the cables are fine..). Then after a week (between 300 and 400 miles) the check engine light came on. I brought the van back first thing the next morning, and they kept it all day (10 - 11 hours), and had said that they smoked the system and thoroughly check it out without finding anything. They reset the check engine light and told me to keep an eye on it and let them know if it happened again. Exactly one week later (between 300 and 400 miles) the check engine light came on again. I brought it in again and the shop kept it for the majority of the day and listed an issue in the Evap system relating to the fuel release valve. I explained that they had just done work on the van, and the issue started immediately after the work they had done, they said it couldn't have been related to the work they did. I picked it up (I couldn't leave my only vehicle for the whole weekend while it sat there not being worked on) So they asked me to bring it back so they could inspect their work. They pulled out their work, and assured me that their work was great (good of them to think so..), and that there was no way it was their fault.

I spoke with one of the mechanics at the shop I brought it to, and went point by point as I just have done, and his comment was that he didn't want to get in trouble, but it sounded really "fishy". I don't want to get the guy in trouble, but it is telling that he fears repercussions from being honest.

This place is under new manage...

This place is under new management and they must have changed a lot since these other reviews were written.

My experience here was GREAT. I was in and out with my oil change and basic maintenance and checks within 30 minutes. The manager was very nice and explained everything to me and was very helpful. I'm a young woman, so I generally get jerked around at these places with expensive parts and problems - not here.

I'd highly recommend them.
