Been shopping here for years. It is a less cluttered since they cleaned it up, so that's a plus. They still lack in quality control though because I have purchased several items that are either broken or missing pieces. Since they tape things up, you don't know until you get home. The worst part is that they changed their return policy a while back and do not accept any returns, whereas before, they gave store credit. Needless to say, I don't recommend purchasing anything electric (washers, dryers, tvs, electronics, etc), or anything that has been all taped up. I buy much less there now than I used to. I think it would be a good program to give coupons or discounts to people when they donate.
