Big mistake! Staff is unfriendly and, oftentimes, hostile. I almost called Pennsylvania State Police when the female co-owner was verbally abusive and threatening to my neighbor - for late rent. Owners (married couple) demand cash for monthly rent payment. Owners will charge $50 late fee, to include $15 fee (added daily) for late rent. Good news: I have a 6 month lease. I cannot speak for every tenant, but I'm releved that I'm leaving soon!

Apartment photos online were deceiving when visited the apartments in person! The girl showing me the apartments was friendly though. I would not rent from them because it seems they don't take care of the rentals or put money back into them.

.If they would have listed who was renting the property and that I was calling Tomahawk Property Management, I wouldn't have wasted my time. If I could give no stars I would. I have worked in sales and retail all my life and have never been rude to anyone like the lady is. She was friendly until I asked if they accepted pets because the ad never stated that. Once she knew I had one she was short and rude, especially when I stated the ad on Craigslist never said, "no pets". She was short, rude, never apologized for the miscommunication, and hung up the phone. In all my years I'd never treat someone badly if I weren't doing a service for them. I wouldn't recommend renting from them if you have to deal with these women in their office.
