Showed up to tow vehicle, that is where the whole affair turned south. When loading car damaged rear valence and mud flap. Lucky I went down to talk to driver because he would have delivered to garage then they could have blamed the garage. Many phone calls / days later owner said he’d go to garage look at Mon. No show. In my insurance company’s hands now. My advice to you, would be, take lots of dated and timed pictures of car prior to tow. Then look real close and document damage when loaded on rollback at the scene, prior to towing, then go to garage and watch them unload it. They are real pro’s at avoiding you if you have a claim.
