Called down there to get an estimate on what it might cost to install a blue tooth cd player in my car. The lady who answered the phone obviously had no idea about it but refused to transfer me to anyone who did. Instead she insisted that I must bring my car down there in order to talk to anyone who knew anything about car audio. Which is bogus, I had all of the specs and info on my car and stereo at hand for them. If you don't know just say you don't know. If the car audio guys are too busy, just say that they are too busy. Instead she hung up on me. Aweful customer service. Try deranleaus.com intead of these clowns. They are much much more helpful and respectful.
