WOW!!! Be careful these guys are snakes. Bobby has no level of professionalism what so ever and has no problem cursing at customers on the phone what a joke. what ever you do, do not buy an Ortho-flex saddle they don't hold up and when you want them repaired you have to deal with this guy and a very unprofessional group of people. unfortunately the company was purchased by national bridal and is now supposedly not even able to make the parts to fix the saddles and they give you a pretty pathetic story on the phone of why. pretty sad but i would say if they treat you like this over a $2000.00 i am sure they are even worse when it comes to cheaper things.
