Very poor experience at the local Krystals. Very Un professional customer service by Beth and the manager on duty. We order gravy for our breakfast and they scooped the last bit they had into a cup which was super thick, burnt tasted and just plain horrible. We asked for a refund and they refused to take care of it with out a receipt. The thing is, she never gave us a receipt we when purchased it. The main point, pour customer service.
