Extremely knowledgeable employees and very friendly. They patiently explain things each time and never attempt to sell unnecessary products or services that are not beneficial. Call in center is efficient and friendly.

What a bunch of wackos. I called because we noticed that yellow jackets were going in and out of our soffits. The person on the phone said they would "send a wildlife specialist" out and he would charge $149, and only after his assessment about relocating the yellow jackets would a determination be made of how to get rid of the nest, etc. I said to her "these are yellow jackets, not honeybees. Do you get that?" She didn't. I told her I didn't want the nasty guys rehomed, I wanted them dead. I think I heard her gasp. She said "This is how we do things," and I told her she was useless. What's next, aromatherapy? A drum circle?
