WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! The car I bought had problem after problem . First it was the E break and ball joints, then it was a brake that froze up, then a rear pinion seal leak, twice. they did not fix the leak the first time and refused to repair it when I brought it back for not being repaired. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Save yourself the aggravation.

I bought a 2007 Dodge Dakota from theses guys. Let me tell you, they sell amazing cars for good price. The truck was mint, it had an exhaust leak and they fix it up for me in no time. the young man who I believe name is Josh, really help me in figuring out what vehicle I really want and explain everything perfect to me. If you are looking to buy a Car/Truck I Recommend these guys without a doubt!

Bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty, beautiful car! bought it for over 5 grand, brought it home & figured out that the heat wasn't working (FYI, it's the middle of winter & I have three little boys under the age of 6) so called & told them about the heat and they told me to bring it the next day cause they were closing. So brought it down the next day they told me it needed a thermostat and they would fix it, ok sounds good. They called me after fixing it saying, they put in a new thermostat & flushed a heater core and it didn't fix the problem. They proceeded to tell me that it needed a brand new heater core but they weren't gonna fix it unless I paid for it... I was ripped!! I shouldn't have to pay for it to be fixed when it was already broken when I bought it. So I took it to my Mechanic, he looked it over & realized that USA auto sales didn't put in a new thermostat or flushed out the heater core!!! Will never buy another car from them again!!

I bought a 2006 Altima and I haven't had any issues with the car. For the price you can't complain about the other flaws. I bought it for 2300 and needed new tires and flex pipe. Other than that car runs great.



My fiancé's uncle bought the same car for $2000 and he's only had to change the flex sway link. If you go with a mechanic you will leave there with true expectations on what's needed to make it run great.



My cousin just bought a 2007 white Honda Accord and it runs great, he just needs to balance out the front tires.



My sister also just bought a 2007 black Altima and there's a little sound coming from the engine, like a heat shield, left back door wont open and passenger side window only goes down. For the price it was a steal and worth fixing those problems.



That's a total of 5 cars bought within 4 months. We will definitely be buying more cars in the future. If you know what you doing, you will leave there with great deals!

This place is the worst possible place to buy a vehicle. If you want to be disrespected, belittled, and ripped off, this is the place to go! I bought a 2004 Passat for 2900, the salesman told me the car was 100% mechanical sound, on the way back home the check engine light went on, took it to my mechanic who told me the Catalytic converter was completely gone, and clogged, the wheel bearings on both the driver side and passenger side were blown, and that there was a leak in the vacuum hose. When I asked them to fix the problems as required by Massachusetts state lemon aide law, the salesman and the Older mechanic were arguing with me, saying "I dont know the law" and began bragging about how many car deals they do a day! After I final threatened to bring them to court they accepted to fix the problems. When I cam back the next day, they had only fixed the catalytic converter and not the wheel bearings or the vacuum hose leak. The Old Mechanic their was very disrespectful to myself and my family and started using vulgar language. These people are CROOKS, There are plenty of great dealer ships in the Leominster/Fitchburg area, do not shop at USA . One thing they should know is Customers make the business!

Bought a nice 2005 Nissan Altima, great experience and service. Very happy with my new car.

i bought a vehicle from USA Auto Sales two months ago and it was a great experience. I am super happy with my car purchase and i would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Customer service was excellent.

38 days after buying a car that come with a "lemon law" 30 day warranty. The axle broke. Politely called and asked for some help, possibly find some middle ground, help with the tow or help fix it at a reduced cost?? Something??. They wouldn't return any phone calls, they blew it off and didn't offer any help at all. This happened 2 weeks before Christmas to a single mother of 2 who had to skrimp and save all she had just to buy and register the car. They did return the call when I used a different number and sounded interested in buying a vehicle though. then played the "good guy/bad guy game" saying he would have the owners call.. They never did, after 3 requests for help. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didn't care at all about helping or even talking with the customer who was 8 days out of warranty with a major issue. So a customer who was 8 days out of warranty was left stranded on the side of the road 2 weeks before Christmas with no $ to tow or repair her new car, and NO help from USA motors, not even the courtesy of a call back.
