pricing on used gear is way too much!!!

Was looking for a used 10 or 20 GB hardrive and they offered me one for $45.00 for a 20 GB H/D. A new 100 GB H/D at best buy is about the same after rebates. If they want to survive in the computer business, they need to be in tune with pricing of used gear.
