Was in lenoir visiting family when one of Rainey’s auto techs told me I needed a tire. I went to Simmons because they were open. I asked for two of the best tires in my size.

One of the techs broke the clips on my hub caps and he and the owner told me they were just old. I’ve worked on the CV- joints and changed the tires multiple times and have never had them break on me. So that’s one thing that didn’t get fixed.

The next day after I left my tire was flat. It was the weekend and they were closed. I had to go back to Indiana that day. We had to put air in the tire the entire way home. Because of my schedule I wasn’t able to call cause I work before the open and get off after they’re closed. Finally took it to Walmart to get it fixed. They told me the tire I bought had already been patched once. They showed me the patch. Said the could not patch one that close to another patch. Walmart said they have been seeing a lot of that lately.

I’ve bought used tires for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue. I tried to get them to just replace my hubcap but they won’t do it. I have no choice but to contact our prepaid legal and let them handle it. Extremely disappointed in the level of service and customer service. You bust my hun cap and sell me a crap tire and all I asked was for my hubcap to be replaced and I can’t even get that? No stars would be better.

Went today. These guys were great! Super friendly, fast service, and very reasonable prices.
