I am completely blown away at the way this office treats the parents of their patients. I received a phone call telling me that they can no longer see all of my kids on the same day because I guess the office will fall apart if they see more than 3 siblings in the same day. Then I didn't call back to confirm my appointment so they gave it away. I have 5 kids, one with asthma, one with ADHD, one with glasses, so I've made 100s of appointments in my life and have never had an office give away my appointment due to lack of confirmation! I made the appointments a year out and get treated like I did something wrong. I keep all of my appointments and I'm always on time! They make me feel like an idiot for not calling back. My weeding anniversary was on the day they called and I was out of town. It's OK we will find another office and hope they have better people skills. If I could give them no stars I would.
