Thank you to the crew at Sonic on W87th. The managers, general managers, the owners. Unfortuantely due to the weather, my tires blew in the parking lot. The service, when I called was absolutely outstanding. The managers (all of them) were so helpful, concerned and directed me to the people to handle my situation. The general managers and owners, should be proud of the outstanding customer service we received. The issue was handled in less than a week, without any type of greif, negativity or problems. At one time, I owned a small business and customer service is and was our top goal. Sonic Crew as fas as I am concerned is number one in customer service. Something that was a bit negative turned out to be a 100 percent positive. Thank you to all that helped us and fixed the problem in a wonderful, no hassle way. We will still come to you for your food, now, I want everyone to know how wonderful their customer service staff is! Thank you Again. C. Johnson & D.Elyachar.

Slow fast food

My kids love this place but every time we've gone-the service has been pretty slow-although the food is good
