I have been a customer for 15 years. Shawnee originally installed in our new house. When it came time for us to replace our old unit 15 years old they did a wonderful job. I had them quote me 2 years ago and when I called for another quote they remembered that they were out there in 2013. I love the fact that I have gotten to know the service man over the years. I feel very comfortable with him in my house. I would recommend Shawnee Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of a system or repair.

The folks at Shawnee were very nice to work with. I also felt they were honest with their pricing.

The technician, brian, was great to explain things to me and patient the second time I asked as well. They explained to me what the problem might be and how they would go about fixing it. The service was great again this year. Although is was 2 different technicians, they were just as courteous and professional. I had called last summer for some A/C work and that went great. this year it was the furnace and I was very happy with their work again!

The home is warm and inviting and I am reminded of the great work that Shawnee did to get it that way every time I step inside. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I was surprised at how fast they were and impressed all at the same time.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I got on the phone and in person. The people that came out to do the job where clean and friendly, leaving no trace of the work but a job well done.

Shawnee just did a full system install recently. The whole process was easy and orchestrated beautifully. We chose them because they had the best bid that wasn't clearly a low ball offer to get me signed up. They did the job in a short amount of time and made sure it works perfect.

Shawnee did a furnace tuneup/annual service for me a few weeks ago and it all went great. The service people were very nice and courteous. They were very respectful of my home. The whole unit seems to be working better. Thanks so much!

came out fast and had my A/C blowing cool before is got dark. They did make 2 trips out for a part that they didnt have.

The problem I had is long gone! My a/c unit was not blowing any cold air at all. It was just moving the hot air around the house. One call took care of that and If I had known that it could get that cold in MY house I would have got a jacket too. I love it!

The A/C works great and if the heat works half as good this winter I will just be thrilled. Very satisfied customer.
