MW Builders is a general construction contractor and construction management business dedicated to building on a national basis for selected clients. The company s experience in the construction industry includes construction for hospitality, commercial, multifamily housing, higher education student housing, early childhood development, senior living and health care facilities. MW Builders started as a family owned business and was incorporated in Missouri in 1971. Prior to the formation of MMC Corporation, its parent company, it was a subsidiary of Midwest Mechanical Contractors, which was established in 1932 and is one of the largest mechanical contractors in the United States. In 2002 MW Builders became a 100 percent employee-owned company. MW Builders has office locations in Overland Park, Kan.; Temple, Texas; and Temeclua, Calif.
