My x-wife is working part time and claiming my daughter living with her ( when she is not) to get section 8 assistant, This is basically called FRAUD , I have contacted Frank Jerome from the Johnson County housing service , since he is her Case manager on March and provided documents for him to show that my daughter does not live with her, but he kept not only providing the service for her, but he also provided her with a 2 bedroom apartment, I went by their office last Tuesday and spoke to someone else, who said they will let her case manager know about the FRAUD….guess what…they did not do anything and my x still claiming my daughter with her and Mr. Frank Jerome her case manager does not want to take the time to investigate this issue even though he was provided documents and evidence…so…for anyone who is looking for section8 service and Fraud , I recommend going through Frank Jerome, I’m sure he will not take the time to investigate any of the documents.

I hope Mr. Frank that the news or someone who is higher than your position will pick up on this and follow up on it, since you are not doing anything about it
