Wonderful service and great technicians! They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me about the processes.

My experience (which is still ongoing) with the company has been a disaster. I was dissatisfied with their service and sent them an email to cancel my service. I received a reply confirming cancellation. When I continued to be contacted by the company, I called them to confirm cancellation. That was in July 2016. Fast forward to October... I received an email stating they were sending out a tech to do pest control on my property. I sent them a response email stating that I had cancelled service and told them not to send someone out. They sent them out anyway, and proceeded to bill me for the service that they performed three months after I had cancelled. It is almost February 2017, and I am STILL fighting with them over the charges for the October pest control service that I never wanted. They even confirmed with me via email that they had an email on file from July in which I cancelled asked to cancel my service. But they didn't cancel it. They put it on hold so they could harass me about continuing service even though I clearly did not want to. They still insist that I owe them for the October service, even though they have confirmed that I asked to cancel in July! So, word of warning, if you use this company and are dissatisfied, good luck trying to cancel service and good luck trying to deal with the customer service department. I have been bullied and attacked by this company, all over less than $100, because they ignored my requests to close my account and continued service that they even acknowledge that I asked to be cancelled.

They are always very courteous to me and my treatments have kept the ants from coming back to my kitchen.

It is a scam. In Lenexa, KS they are very much like a company named NOMO Pest Solutions. Similar leaf LOGO, same street address. Google both companies. Same lies as they catch you at your front door! Look Insight Pest Solutions up in BBB!! 120 Complaints.

They came out the very next day, were professional had we walk the house with them and did the work. Special note to the young woman who made the first contact with us. She was clear well trained and a delight to deal with.

I am so glad I contacted Insight. They were very helpful with regard to what services we would benefit from, and were out within a week. Israel was professional and did a great job getting all the spiderwebs swiped away. He was here on time, and got it all done in a very timely manner.

We just moved to the Kansas City Area and were very happy to have a visit from Saul at the appointed time. He was very friendly and did a great job not only explaining what he would do but followed through with all that he told us he would do. Good Bye Pests!!
