I would like to strongly recommend the Hot Springs staff in Lenexa for the outstanding service they provide! Foremost, they are extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the products they sell as well as their competitors. They will not only sell you an exceptional product taylored to your budget but service the same product and educate you the owner on how to best take care of it so it will take care of you! My wife and I purchased our spa approximately 5 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the service we are provided by the staff at Hot Springs Spas in Lenexa. I know I can call or stop in and the staff will assist or advise me concerning my query. They are always professional and friendly and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.

If you want the best spa built and built by a company who has been in business for over 30 years you will want to see the spas from Hot Spring Spas of Kansas City. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will help you make a great spa purchase. Can't say enough good things about these people!

There are a lot of hot tub stores out there, and we went to most of them. The difference we found at Hot Springs was that they ONLY sell hot tubs! I used to own a hot tub years ago and found that no matter what, you WILL eventually need service. The guys at Hot Springs are really knowledgeable and apparently have been doing this for many years. The idea of a fully foamed tub really made sense to me. They were not the cheapest, but when it comes to hot tubs, I have found that you truly get what you pay for! Highly recommend!
