I have been going to Polished Nails for about 3 years and have ALWAYS been on time to my appointments even though I have had to WAIT many times or them well, today I was 5 minutes late and they said, "Sorry you are late I gave your appointment away to someone who was waiting at the door." Well, if that's how they are going to treat regular valuable customers well then I am looking for another nail salon. My husband and I owned businesses and we certainly did not treat out valued customers the way I was treated today.

very long wait time. everything felt rushed and the chair I was in for my pedi was broken. my fingernails didn't match my toenails at all :(

I've been going to this nail salon for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. They take their time and are perfectionists so my nails always look great. I would highly recommend it, the owners are really nice!
