Thought she was great at first. But when my child started having severe health issues regarding hospitalization, she backed off. Her husband has an attitude. Dr Austria never gets on the phone and the huband.gives you a hassle. And another concern, why was he a doctor and not anymore...hmm....very interesting. And whoever said she make house calls is full of it! U r lucky u can get yer to call u back even during an emergency..she.works bank hours and that's it!

Dr. Austria is the best pediatrician I have ever experienced. She takes so much time with my daughter or son during their visit! She talks and ask questions. She remembers their name and previous visits. I have called to ask a question and Dr. Austria herself follows up with the answer or concern. I feel her knowledge of being a doctor and a mother of 3 are superb! I have received above and beyond service from the front desk and Dr. Austria. I trust her implicitly.

I believe the wait is long b.c she is spending time with her patients. I dont mind waiting for her!

I have never had any problems with Dr. Austria. I do know that if she or her husband feel cornered, they can come back at you strongly. I am very happy with the practice. Our children and my sister's children are all patients there. They even work with us on religious preferences that we request about healthcare without question.
