A "reviewer" complained about this business charging a fee for failing the inspection after something they should have easily seen and quit inspecting the car. All they have to sell for an inspection is "time." He used their time and they advised him the car would fail the inspection. Under NC law, he then has the option of taking the car, replacing the wipers and bringing the car back and having it reinspected for no more than one dollar. His anger was misplaced; wipers are that easy to see and he should have replaced them before taking the car for an inspection.

Not good people. The intentionally waited until they collected payment to tell me I would fail inspection due to windshield wiper blades. They should have seen the blades and stopped the process so no payment was do (like every other auto shop in the country does). They intentionally collected payment before delivering the news because they knew they were in the wrong, but did it anyways. Seem like nice people, just have their process all screwed up. Sad to see given they only offer 2 services (Inspection & Oil Change). Also.... they were overpriced by +$10 on oil change due to a "special filter" I've never been charged for anywhere else. I would recommend not going to this shop.
