The tanning salon & beds were nice. I went there for years. However, I quit going after experiencing poor customer service one night. I drove from Bolivia to tan in Leland because that's where I had always gone. When I checked in, the lady said my package had just expired. I explained that I had just been & asked how many visits I had left (1), but no one said it was expiring. There was also no sign anywhere stating how long packages were good for. I explained to her that I did not bring my purse & have been a loyal, referring customer for years & asked if I could speak to the manager about using my last visit. She said I could come back Saturday to discuss it & began talking over me to the next customer. I asked her to show me where it was posted that the packages expire & she couldn't. I read every sign & it was not documented anywhere. I left & found a new tanning salon. She obviously did not relay my message to the manager because no one ever followed up with me. Bad for business.

best tanning salon around its been in business since 2006. new owner new beds new everything! awesome place m the lotion's are cheap and hot beds, and they have high pressure beds to. great clean smells good free candy! the new owner is super nice. THANKS GUYS !!

As soon as walked in the girl at the counter looked very unhappy and wasn't helpful at all. I had to assert myself and say "hello, this is my first tanning experience". She didn't say anything back. It was very awkward. Then it seemed the manager walked in. I was hoping my experience would get better. However this lady was a character. She was very loud and seemed very proud of her tanning and Botox. She blasted the music to where I couldn't hear myself think. The lady (manager) was very rude and not professional at all. She talked to me like I was stupid. It's very unfortunate my experience was horrible. Because I want to tan somewhere close to home.

Best salon in the area! They have new bulbs and high pressure beds and low prices that you wont find anywhere else! Customer service is wonderful and all bugs have been fixed as far as payments go. I would recommend this salon to everyone who wants to have a nice tan in no time!
