Not a very good experience with this company. Things were going fine when shower enclosure was ordered (they wanted to come out and do the job). Things went south when they came and installed the glass shower for me. It was a very poorly done job. Basically one glass panel was too big and they were trying to make it fit (glass does not bend). The shower was improperly installed and way out of kilt (they had cracked a tile, a screw was missing in the door jam (which was an important screw because it held up the door). I was not able to use the shower, about a week after the install the shower door shifted (it was not anchored to the gray board, it had only been attached to the tile alone (which was unsafe) and I feared the weight of the door was going to do damage to the tile or worse tear it off the wall). They would not admit to their mistake of miss-measuring the glass. I had already paid them and wanted them to fix it, they were not very nice about things at this point, at first they wanted to charge me for the new glass piece that needed to be ordered. I ended up hearing, "how much it was going to cost them in labor and gas to come back out". It was finally resolved when they came back and removed the entire shower that was installed and they issued me a refund. Recently (at the time of this writing), I found out they don't have a license to be doing work in Collier County Naples FL. (which is where I live).
