Terrible customer service!! My husband called to order specific tires and make sure they had them in stock. They said they did. I went the next day to pick them up. They were aware of the phone call made by my husband yet said they had to go on the back to see if they had them in stock. They brought the tires out, I paid for them. When I got home my husband said they were not the right tires and that they were trailer tires. We called them to let them know we were going to return them since they were not the tires we ordered and they said it was my fault for not calling my husband to make sure they were what he wanted. They were extremely rude on the phone. We are demanding a refund and will be taking our business elsewhere!
