Mark and his crew were extremely careful, patient and professional when they moved a large amount of furniture for us earlier this month. Despite heavy rain on moving day they remained upbeat and accommodating in a situation which presented unusual challenges. We have hired Eastwind several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Eastwind is "the best of the best!"

After being referred to Eastwind by a friend, I have subsequently used them 4 times. Once to move from one house to another, once from a house to a lock-up storage facility and twice to load a U-haul (20ft & 26ft) for 300 mile drive. Mark and his team are extremely accomodating and experts at handling your items. I am so confident with them that I no longer insure my items for the move !. Having moved about 15 times in 20 years, I have experienced many movers and Eastwind is my first choice. My only criticism is that they only move within Virginia. You are on your own if you travel out of state as I did recently. Nonetheless, if you are going out of state and want to save some money by driving a Uhaul yourself, then good stacking of the Uhaul is essential. I can recommend Eastwind without any reservations.

A friend of ours referred us to Eastwind Movers for our move from Sterling to Leesburg. They are local, family owned company and everyone gave us great service. The movers did a great job with everything and were very courteous. We have since recommended them to 4 others families with the same results.

Wonderful people! I will recommend this company to everyone moving within Virginia. I think I drove them nuts with numerous calls about possible time and date changes but they were gracious, understanding and flexible!! The move was done efficiently and carefully.
