Sorry, but this was a terrible experience buying a trailer from these folks. I clearly explained I needed the trailer by a certain date because I needed it for an event. They "guaranteed" me I would have the trailer. After I gave them my down payment and ordered the trailer, I never heard from them again. I called and called and they gave me one excuse after another. I finally called them and they told me the trailer was ready (they never called me when the trailer was in). When I went to pick up the trailer (three weeks past the due date) I voiced my frustration. Their response, "do you want the trailer or not?". They never apologized or attempt to make it right for being three weeks late. I had to rent another trailer for my event. Terrible experience, rude people. I will never do business with these folks again.
