Outstanding service. I received my laptop back the same day, with a new hard drive and files transferred, all finished within 3+ hours.

They do ok with PCs but not with Apple. Had a cable installed and it went bad less than 6-months later. Decided to replace it myself. The cable MMD installed was cheap and inferior quality plus it was not installed correctly. It cost over $200 for their service and only $30 for me to do it--never again.

Took laptop in for a diagnostic review to find out why it wouldn't start. I was told diagnosit charge would be $35 and they would call to advise what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the paper they give you to sign has a line in small print stating that if repairs are under $100 they will do them without authorization. When I protested their response was you should read what you sign. I n retrospect I should have, however, the should have the person at the front desk explain that. All she told me is it would be $35 to look at it and the would call me. I was never given the opportunity to decide it I wanted the repairs.

I took my computer in to see why it would not charge. I took it in on a Thursday and they told me it would be ready by Monday. When the guy called me on Friday, he told me that the screen was bad and power jack needed to be replaced. He said it would be labor intensive and cost around $450.00 to fix and suggested I buy a new computer. Fine. I paid the $35 diagnostic fee and took it back. Issue: My screen was just fine before It went in. When Another tech looked at my computer, he said that it appeared that mmd switched the screen out. He found me a good led screen for $75 and only charged me $75 to repair the power Jack and It works Better than ever. The Power supply was bad and got me he one for just under $9.00 vs. the $60 that mmd would charge for one. Bottom Line, I will never go back to MMD in Leesburg. I have brought my Business to a new tech.

I couldn't transfer pictures from my digital camera to my desktop and laptop computers. I brought my laptop into their shop and Thomas was able to fix the problem in less then one hour. When I got home Thomas remotely fixed my desktop computer very quickly. Everything is working perfectly thanks to the skills of this excellent company. And the price for doing all this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anybody who is having computer problems.

These people are the Greatest ! ! I've used their servicestwice and each time they were curtious, kind, very professional,fast and more than reasonable Prices. MMD Service Center in Leesburg , Fl has provided me on a personal basis several times with excellent results .As a senior that is not the most knowledgeable on todays hi-tech environment , the staff at this locality has been mist helpful and efficient .I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of assistance to resolve PC related problems .Doeter Cordes

My mother had a computer problem and took it here for repair and was completely taken advantage of...They told her her hard drive was bad and motherboard was bad and would have to replace both totaling over $400 in repairs.I got home and was curious about it because the likely hood of both going bad seemed rather odd.As i investigated more I found out that neither part was bad and neither part was replaced!!! I don't know if there technicians are paid off of commission but I know I wont let anyone I know go here again...

I have to give a HUGE thank you to Mike at the Lady Lake store for doing an amazing job on my computer!!!! He kept me informed on how it was going and provided excellent customer service, as well as fixing the problems my computer had. I couldn't be happier with the results!!! Thank you so so much!!!!!

Avoid this place. Just bought a "refurbished" laptop from here for my 12 year old daughter. 4 days later it crashed. Took it back, they supposedly fixed it and tried to charge me $150 to fix it. Got it home and it still didn't work. Took it back yet again and they were running it in safe mode trying to tell me "look, it works". Demanded a full refund, at this point they claimed the computer was "full of porn". If this is true they either 1) sold me a computer "full of porn" that my 12 year was using or 2) this man is accusing my 12 year old of downloading porn...we are either dealing with gross negligence or slander here. Either is unacceptable. After my father was verbal abused in their store (he was returning this for me since I have to work) they finally gave him back a refund MINUS a 25% restocking fee which is not listed in their store or on any paperwork as policy. Bottom line, my daughter doesn't have the computer we got her for her birthday and we lost $90. Definitel
