When we first moved in, we had weeds all over the front yard. They cleared up within one season and our lawn was one of the greenest on our street.

Listening, (not arguing with customers) gains trust and respect. Having brought my concerns to the Lawn mowing manager, I could not believe his smart *** attitude in addressing my concern over a service not being performed by his crew. There was certainly a lot to be desired with his "prove it" attitude that the service wasn't being performed. However, I must say I have the highest respect for the lawn fertilizer and pest control serviceman that works for Dean's by the name of Lee. This is a man that takes his job seriously, pays attention to his customers and has the right attitude. Therefore, Lee receives the only star I can offer out of a possible five rating. Look, I worked many years in this profession so I know what it takes to be successful. Attitude, Respect and Customer Service is where it's at.

I have lived in the Villages 'for close to 8 years now. Six months ago I went to Deans lawn and pest control. I have never been happier. You can tell where my property ends and the neighbors begin. My yard is beautiful green and free of weed's. The same cannot be said about my neighbors yards. I only wish I had switched sooner. Good job guys.

I chose Deans because my old company wouldn't call me back when I had a problem/concern. With Deans, I only had to make one call and EVERYTHING was taken care of. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Oh yeah, Robert and Michael...heck, everybody has been so polite and professional. Kudos ya'll!

These folks don't do chin music, they do results. They saved my weedy mess of a lawn and brought it back to full health. I have to admit it was a tough assignment, but they were up to the task. Good people. Geoff

I just wanted to say what a great tech Caleb is. He took the time to answer my questions and was very helpful.

This is to let Vanessa's "Boss" know that she "goes beyond the call of duty" and is also very nice.

After to trying to handle my fly problem myself, I called Dean's. My technician Caleb was able to determine the cause of the flies and get rid of them in no time. He even followed up to make sure the problem was still under control. I was VERY impressed with his diligent work. Thank you Deans and especially to Caleb!

I couldn't be happier. I heard about Dean's "Convert to Save" termite program from a friend who has their service 3 years now and decided to give it a try. They came out with their termite dog and did the best inspection i have ever had. They found no termites and gave me a better warranty and better price than my last company.

this is the third year they have dropped the ball & the last time i use them

I asked for a inspection for spraying my yard for flea's so I can let me dog out with no worries. The lady said " Just to let you know it will be a MINIUM of $125.00 with NO GARANTEE---- HECK THEY COULD SPRAY WATER AS FAR AS I WOULD KNOW--- HECK NO -- I'LL SPRAY THE PLACE MYSELF -- AT LEAST I WILL KNOW I TRIED & WHAT I USED.
