BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS GUY SELLS DEATH TRAPS ON WHEELS!!!

We went in to buy a car for my 21 yo daughter because most of his cars were within my price range. Car was advertised online "runs great, looks good". We were very adamant we need a good safe car because this is for a young mother with a 1.5 year old.
Daughter test drove the car - sounded and drove smooth. Just appeared to be some minor body damage. He advised the O2 sensor needed replacing and the AC needed the Freon charged. He knocked off $100 since he said it'd only be like $85 to get it charged. We were OK with this. The next week we go to get the Freon charged and it's over charged already. It doesn't need Freon, it needs a new AC compressor - a $600-1000 repair. The O2 sensor was the only thing he was honest about.

Here's the death trap part - 3 weeks after buying the car daughter goes to get the tires balanced. They refuse to lift the car. The frame is so rusted and missing chunks that TWO places are saying it's so bad they fear car will just fall apart being up on the lift.

Daughter tries to go back and negotiate with the Neal to try to make it right. All she wanted was to be put in a safe car. She's told that there's nothing they will do because they wouldn't sell a cars like that. Basically implying that somehow the frame rusting through happened over the span of 3 weeks.

Next steps - filing a police report and seeking an attorney.
